Finding Your Path to Healing

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (#LPC04918) in the state of Alabama. Turning Point is a non-profit that provides free services for domestic violence and sexual assault survivors who live in one of the following counties in AL: Tuscaloosa, Bibb, Hale, Lamar, Fayette, Pickens, Greene, Marengo, or Sumter. Healing trauma is an individualized journey, but I can guide you on your journey. We can process trauma and its impact, explore health and unhealthy relationship dynamics, learn about dynamics of abuse, improve coping and communication skills, challenge and shift negative core beliefs, and so much more.
